Fire Facility Management
⊙ Area : Line# 1 to 8 metro stations and metro depots
⊙ Main tasks
- Fire hose stations, Sprinkler, CO2 Extinguisher, Fire department connection, Other fire extinguisher facilities inspection and maintenance
- Alarm facilities inspection and maintenance (receiver, transmitter, sensor, audio device, etc.)
- Evacuation system(leading light, lamp, etc.) inspection and maintenance
Air-Conditioning Management
⊙ Area : Line# 1 to 8 metro stations
⊙ Main tasks
- Air-conditioning facilities inspection and maintenance(Hydro test and trial test)
- Air-conditioning pump motor parts maintenance
Hygiene Construction Management
⊙ Area : Line# 1 to 8 metro stations and metro depots
⊙ Main tasks
- Toilet equipment maintenance, drain control, and maintenance of clogged, leak, damaged, and water pump(control console), water pipe(piping frost protection), shower, kitchen facilities and valves inspection and maintenance
- Wastewater pump(control console), wastewater pipe, parts and valves inspection and maintenance(clogged pump hood)
- Toilet ceiling, floor, wall, partition, locking device etc. repair
Electrical Management
⊙ Area : Line# 1 to 8 metro stations and metro depots
⊙ Main tasks
- Emergency lights(storage battery) inspection and maintenance
- Distribution and switch box cleaning and locking inspection

- Facility maintenance in depots
